PMO Job Description (5 Years)

 

Key responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in handling  Operations & PMO activities.
  • Ability to manage senior level communication, meetings and assist senior leaders with day to day PMO activities.
  • The person should be responsible for the Onboarding and Off boarding of the resources.
  • Should also handle legal compliance of the account.
  • Will also be responsible for ensuring BCP of the account.
  • Core responsibility will be to monitor the Governance of the ODC and compliance.
  • Client interaction is required.
  • Should handle Internal and external audit from end to end.
  • Experience in Invoicing and Deferral clearance.
  • Track account level Revenue & GM improvement Plan
  • Experience in Project management Planning
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the bank's standards.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting bank standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Define and build PMO
  • Ensure alignment to strategy
  • Facilitate governance process
  • Overall risk management to identify themes
  • Facilitate dependency management across the releases and programme.
  • Facilitate change control process
  • Responsible for tools, standards and methodology i.e. project management templates

Key skills:

  • Should have prior experience as a PMO.
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and power point presentations.
  • Sound analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have a good communication skill – both written & verbal
