IT operations role Job Description Key Responsibilities: Technical IT resource with at least min 4 - 5 years’ experience preferably in an IT operations role. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ISO 27001 is an advantage. The role requires a candidate who is energetic, can balance multiple streams of work activities, is calm under pressure and diplomatic. The candidate should also possess strong technical skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Technical skills: Hands on Microsoft Windows 10 troubleshooting. Hands on Microsoft O365 & (Office suite & Teams.) Hands on Apple Mac hardware and OS. Understanding of basic networking and security products, specifically Cisco Hardware. (Switches, Routers Meraki). Experience of computer Software Imaging and Autopilot. Understanding of endpoint security. McAfee, Crowd Strike, Z Scaler, SCCM, DLP.
